For the first time, I ordered from Pepe’s. All I wanted was a simple chicken nugget meal for a child I’m taking care of, who was already severely distressed — so naturally, the situation called for nuggets, not surprises. To my shock, what arrived were chilli cheese bites instead of chicken nuggets. Not even a close substitute unless Pepe’s has recently redefined what a nugget is. It then took me a solid five minutes just to get through to the local store. Amazing tasty 1/2 Original Chicken, rice and loaded fries my wife and I had for dinner. The gentleman at the counter was very kind. I don't know his name but he was from Faislabad, an Absolute Gem!

Out last two orders with them have resulted in cold food, the bag is just kept on the car seat next to a driver who smokes in the car and whilst delivering to the door. Complained once and was asked to hand the food back to a different driver and a fresh order given in replacement. Which took 2 hrs till we actually were able to eat the food. Really unhygienic and bad customer services. We used to order from them alot but never again now.
