⭐☆☆☆☆ I bought some chicken wings from this shop (see attached photo), but unfortunately they were not fresh and clearly not safe to eat. I returned the same day and asked for a refund, but they refused to give me my money back. I’m not here to insult anyone,just sharing my honest experience. I’ll let you decide if this is the kind of place you want to buy food from.

I reordered from this takeaway place again. The pizza was not cooked properly. The garlic-cheese crust was stinking, so I had to throw the whole pizza away. I received two boxes of BBQ chicken wings, even though we ordered a box of southern fried wings and BBQ wings; both of them were cold and soggy. I called the restaurant, and they said, 'Sorry, they will give a discount next time.' I'm not sure whether I will order from this place again to get the discount.

This has been one of the most infuriating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with any restaurant. I’ve given this place three chances — and every single time, they failed miserably. Deliveries take an hour at best, and my last order took nearly two hours. This level of incompetence is unbelievable. What shocked me even more was the behaviour of the staff. The person I dealt with was openly rude, dismissive, and spoke to me in a way that felt discriminatory and completely unacceptable. The attitude alone is enough to put customers off, even before considering the appalling delays. An
