Good experience best assistance I've ever had from a fast food chain. I was clearly guided upon entering unable to manage understanding of how to use machine placed order. Staff member was professional friendly helpful kind and knowledgeable. Improved my opinion of service level which has been lacking from my visits to places locally. The till staff were also very good.

I had breakfast here at 10:00 am on 19/04 and an employee, alongside another staff member, asked me to fill in a survey as I was waiting for my order. I was happy to do the survey as I wanted to help out, not for a voucher that she constantly advertised. She simply asked for my phone and started typing the website in and filled in the survey for me, which is odd as it is about CUSTOMER feedback (not employee feedback!). She then started filling in boxes saying I was highly satisfied with my meal and ticking boxes about how my meal was amazing and correct (even though I hadn't received it yet)

Very elegant branch following a recent renovation/refurbishment. The only setback is the self-ordering digital stations at front, even for cash customers, which I found it slightly intimidating for seniors like me (at 74), but floor staff are there to help doing it for you... which rather silly as you're not saving on work force !!! Food was good, but my favourite Americano was not to MacDonald's standard, no thick creamy coffee top.

We ordered £30 worth of food and 4 sweet and sour dips should have been with the order. We also paid for 2 extra dips. We called the restaurant to confirm the order and enquired about the dips and was reassured that they had the order and all dips, including the extra 2 will be sent. Not one dip was added to the order. When trying to contact them regarding the missing items, no one answered.
