First time around, the halloumi burger, marked vegetarian on Runcorn Eats, came with two beef patties in it, and the drink was missing from the order entirely I called to complain, and the burger was replaced. Unfortunately, the halloumi burger arrived with no halloumi in it. Eventually, when this was also replaced, I find myself at 22:14 at night eating the saddest, squishiest burger I have ever laid my eyes on that completely disintegrated after one bite, with two tiny flaccid sticks of halloumi on it. Do not recommend at all. 2 stars tho because the curly fries are pretty good.

i love this restaurant with all my heart! its a very clean and delicious restaurant, food is top tier. i ordered take away pizzas and they arrived quickly and as they were warm and fresh. Food options is also very diverse and the price is worth it.i definitely recommend it

Absolutely shocking experience from start to finish. We were charged over £100 for three milkshakes and some food because the staff added an extra zero to the order. Although the issue was eventually resolved, it took far too long for what should have been a very simple correction. There was no proper apology, no urgency, and no professional customer service. There was zero proper hospitality throughout the whole situation. In hospitality, basic customer care and a goodwill gesture after such a serious mistake should be standard. Ordered pasta meals and halloumi fries, the salmon and pasta wasnt edible it was overcooked pasta in cream, no seasoning no cheese or any other vegetables I'm sorry but it was just gross, the halloumi fries were that dry it was like chewing powder! Such a shame as I've had pizza from here previously which was lovely waited over 90 mins for delivery and not to be dramatic but we can't eat it. Taste testing needed!
