Lady who answers the phones refusing to cancel orders that have been over an hour waiting and no update. "i lose money if i cancel it and if you have to wait, i dont care". They really do not understand levels of customer service nor how their 3rd party providers work.

Always closes early and doesn't accept orders well before closing. Selection seems to always be lacking some things. Also closes before the time set on here. Have also previously made an order, had it confirmed waited 20-30 minutes for it to be cancelled after the shop has closed

They just give you a tiny sandwich compare with other subways and they said we give you more but you have to pay. at least give the standard.
