Absolutely awful experience at Subway Salisbury. The staff are consistently rude and unhelpful, making customers feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. They never seem to have the Italian Herbs & Cheese bread available, which is disappointing when it’s one of their most popular options. Even worse, after paying for a footlong, we were refused permission to use the toilet despite being paying customers. That’s unacceptable customer service. To top it off, the staff start closing everything down around 30 minutes before the advertised closing time, making it clear they don’t

The staff in the store are both welcoming and extremely helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience due to the very clean and clan atmosphere. Would definitely recommend for a quick pit stop lunch

walked in with my friend to get the order we had made to get as we were in town and the service was okay. We got home to eat it and found that they were both the same thing! Meanwhile i ordered a ham sandwich and she had a meatball one. They were both meatball ones! On the receipt that we got given it says one meatball and one ham meaning the people just either forgot or got lazy and couldn’t be bothered to make the other sandwich

Never go back.. Don't get me wrong the staff are fantastic but the food tastes awful. Doesn't taste fresh at all and was heaving on it. Not just here but at another one where I tried I think it was an easter promotion like a hot cross bun with cheese and bacon.. It tasted like cheesy feet with chewy meaty bits.. Bloody aweful. Unfortunately didn't have a choice on where to go. Mc Donald's if it was there would have been my first choice.
