Do not go to burgermate!! We have been going to here for years now but since the renovation and potential change of ownership it has been horrendous. Every time we order it takes over an hour, the food is never warm and we are always left disappointed. I don’t know why we carried on going! The final straw has happened tonight, we ordered 2 burger meals and a milkshake, the food was delivered cold and the milkshake was half full. We rang their number and was responded to with “I don’t know man” we then pushed that we needed a replacement to which they replied “broooo”. They the proceeded to end

Honestly don’t even know what to say, we have been ordering from here years, and it was the most consistent place around, since the renovation or potentially new owners, it’s has massively gone down hill, very disappointed, secondly very hard to to communicate when trying to phone them, the delivery took well over the advised time and then had the cheek to turn up basically cold. Probably will be the last time I order from this place which is a shame. Quality has definitely dropped.

My favourite place to eat. Masha'Allah food always arrives hot and is always fresh and so tasty. The lady who answers the phone is so polite and kind and has been very accommodating to my requests. 10/10 service and food.

Ordered from this place today, food was horrendous! We ordered keema loaded nachos and was absolutely disgusting, the keema stank, nachos were soggy and rest of the food was cold. Such a waste of money and time. We ordered food at 7:40 and didn’t recieve the order so contacted them an hour later who they then proceeded to blame the delivery driver Umar who was rude in the background saying they can wait and then cancelled to deliver the order. Food didn’t come till after 9. Do not order from here have complained to Deliveroo.
