This is a lovely M&S serving the Scarborough community. I’ve been in a few times and really like the layout although there never seems to be many staff about. Clothes etc are over 2 floors and there’s also a good size food hall. Everything in the food hall was well presented and it was particularly pleasing to see a decent range of Made without wheat products; even better to discover that there were reduced price wraps ( delicious!)

I had problems with access to Sparks rewards on their wifi & 5G access was not good in the building Tuesday morning 9/6 Frustrating for me & also the lady behind me in the queue upstairs We were both helped patiently & politely by a male member of staff on the till & a female colleague he called to help Thankfully all was ok & successfully purchased in mens section, returned following morning for the excellent selection in food hall Store good layout but staff were top drawer

I just want to say a big thank you to Amy in the Lingerie department at the Scarborough store when my sister and I visited on Saturday 9th May 2026. She was always around for help and advice and was kind, caring, helpful and friendly making me feel very valued and special, nothing was too much trouble for her and it inspired to buy some of M & S's beautiful lingerie. The fitting rooms were spacious and made for a relaxed experience. We are from Australia & often visit the East Yorkshire coast. One of the reasons we stay in Scarborough is for M&S. It's a decent size store & we always love shopping for the quality food here. Always fresh & the ready meals are convenient & super tasty, some are even calorie controlled. Decent wine selection too!
