Very impressed with how nice and clean the branch was, although it was early in the day. Food was well cooked and presented. Enjoyed my cheezy flatbread which was a new one on me 👍👀

Not only did they not put half of the order, but my Big Tasty turned out to be a regular one, not a double one. I can’t get a refund for it in support, the staff is terrible and can’t do anything properly check the order

Never going again. Could not find a table until some delivery drivers left and we got that table. Food was good. More delivery drivers arrived crowded beside us, one actually sat on the table while we were eating. We mentioned it to a member of staff who was walking past, and he asked me 'What do you want me to do about this?'. When we finished, took the tray to the bin and was horrified to see the staff member cleaning the bin with a cloth and using the same cloth to wipe the trays. I did ask to speak to a manager, and was told 'No!', so I asked for contact details and again the answer was

Food was not what we ordered. Started to eat it and it was spicy not plain. They didn't care. Just asked if everything else was ok and walked away.
