I went into this pub under mild protest, purely because there’s a very large warning sign outside confirming it’s a Greene King pub. Normally, that alone would be enough to make me keep walking. However, I was switching buses at Sheffield Interchange, had about half an hour to kill, and figured I’d risk it for a quick drink. Excellent service, superb food and good beer. Located next to the interchange this pub is in a handy area and offers the most friendliest service I’ve ever come across. The gentleman with the pony tail was really nice and (sorry I don’t know if you were the chef or the manager!) kept us up to date with the food and checked in service, Amal details but it matters and makes a lot of difference.
