Gorgeous surroundings to try an excellent variety of craft ales. A definite stop if you're in Sheffield trying the city's beer culture. The buildings decor is worth a look on its own, 2 main rooms (make sure you go and have a look at the large backroom). Outdoor seating (outside main entrance) for when the sun shines. Obviously a place that can get busy due to it's location, if I can get there mid week, early afternoon (before or after a walk in the peaks) its been more calm and you can take in the surroundings at your leisure. Can access (I think on most week days) via entrance on platform

Been quite a few times now. Wonderful and wide range of beers; ales, both cask and keg, cider, lager. Also a great selection spirits, wines, soft drinks and bottles. Last, but not least, a stunning venue. If the actual tap room is open make sure that you bob in. Dog friendly as well.

Wonderful brewpub on Sheffield station. Enjoyed brewed Hop on Board at £4.70, circa 200 THB. It's brewed onsite under the tapped label and was fabulous. Plenty of seating in the various rooms, also out front street side. You will be stopped if you try and take drinks onto the platform, or in my case leave your drink on the table and go outside just to check the platform number!!

Excellent pub which makes great use of some of the original station rooms. The main area with the bar seemed quite small and noisy when we arrived but there are a maze of other rooms leading off it with plenty of seating available. Has a great selection of beers. Highly recommended as a place to wait for your train.
