A small bar with a few tables in what looks like a shop from the outside. We were a group of 8 guys staying in Crookes for a golf tournament and came across this lovely bar. Atmosphere was great. People with dogs and lots of chatter. We slightly over indulged on the Daffodil beer which was very tasty. We didn't eat here but everything about the place was good.

Great little pub serving a regularly changing range of local beers at very reasonable prices. Cosy inside, on a busy Friday or Saturday night is always heaving and quite loud - aim for a quieter day for the best experience.

My favourite place in Crookes for a pint of Lukas lager and a nice little spot for a drink whilst you wait for your curry to be ready from across the road. Quite a cosy environment which makes it feel like you are supporting an independent local business. Limited seating so sometimes you have to stand, so may struggle with larger groups, very friendly staff and an all-round great place to go for a pint.
