The worst app I've seen is taco bell app. Its so useless you wonder why they even have it. Everything I try to use the app there is a problem or they disconnect it from the store. As in "switched off from admin" that means the app got turned off from store and cant connect. What kind of buisness is willing to loose customers bcs of poor app design. You literally losing money bcs you decided to have a bad app.

Had a great experience at Taco Bell Shepherd's Bush. I ordered the 2 Tacos Supreme meal with fries and a drink. The cheese nachos were hot and tasty, and the fries were freshly cooked. Sehran and the other workers were very nice and approachable. Everything was fresh and served quickly.

I have called more than 10 times today (Saturday 20th June 2026) but they didn’t answer. It says my food has been delivered but I didn’t receive my food, and I have been waiting for over an hour. How can they give my food to another address without asking for a confirmation code? This is very unprofessional, and what is even more unprofessional is I called over 10 times but it kept ringing without being answered. The closing team on Saturday 25th April (technically early morning 26th) did an excellent job accommodating and looking after us even though they were due to close. Excellent hospitality and service well done to the team on that shift🖤 thank you again for taking care of us x
