This isn’t the first time I’ve had issue with the Shirley branch but this will be my last issue as I will not be ordering from here again. The incompetence is baffling packing a pizza sideways in a brown bag and giving it to the delivery driver is beyond me. Zero common sense! Pizza inedible, don’t the owners care about their business, all the negative reviews this branch has got. It needs an overhaul and new staff.

Food quality was poor but the attitude of staff and level of service was worse! Ordered a cheeseburger and chips. I specifically asked the female member of staff wearing a headscarf if they had cans of coke, she replied yes. The contents of the burger were discussed and I asked for ketchup on the cheeseburger. I then added this to the above order. I then asked if I could have a cheesy garlic bread but a pizza sized one instead of the small one on the menu. I was told no. I explained that I had ordered it before from this restaurant but she said no. I then ordered a 9inch “make your own”

Everything good and also staff is very polite… food was fantastic… friendly staff… Mahjabeen and Mehak always happy to see us and engage with my family respectfully… Highly recommended… visit again soon….

Has this place changed hands? I have been coming here for many years and never had a problem until today. They could not even get a simple order right. Asked for masala, fish and naan with everything separate. They just threw everything on the naan, chilli sauce, mayo, salad etc. When we asked if they can make a fresh one with everything separate they tried to make us feel bad by saying 'it would go to waste'. Why would that be the customers problem when you are the ones who made the mistake? They agreed to make a fresh one and when we got home it wasn't a masala, fish and naan like ordered.
