Great little Costa Coffee inside NEXT, staff is friendly, atmosphere is relaxed and not too noisy. Perfect for me to do any work on laptop. Another thing I like (not common in all Costas) is that the staff makes sure all table surfaces are kept clean. WiFi drops sometimes, sadly. Nice bright sunlight through the windows too!

On Saturday I attended costa in next shirley with my daughter. I ordered for us and proceeded to our table to check on my daughter and tell her what was coming. As a typical teenager she wasn't happy with the cake I ordered so I quickly went and amended the order, the server was amazing and so helpful and made the the whole transaction smooth and was so polite and professional, the cake that my daughter didn't want obviously couldn't be put back and she said we could still have it, as I don't eat sweet things I offered it to the young ladies behind who were also grateful to the kind server .

Very busy most of the time Lovely and kind staff ... I tried a new Ruby Hot Chocolate. It was looking lovely but wasn't nice at all, wont be buying again Sticking to a standard Hot Choc Looking forward for a Christmas Black Forest one 😉

I am very disappointed with the hygiene at this costa, I feel very put off as it is not very clean and they have alot of flies that are always flying around your food. Unfortunately the place is invested with flies, I have seen the flies at the counter area, sitting on the cakes and they have milk cartons open without the lid on and I saw the flies sitting on the rims. They come and attack customers, sitting on our drinks and food. I thought it was a one off at first but I went back 3 times hoping there would be change, hopefully it will be clean and there wouldn't be any flies. There used to
