Very grungy and very claustrophobic! Awfully poor set up from the work station to the self service screens! Everyone was on-top of each-other, absolute chaos! Wait time for my drink was 12 minutes. Boxes and clutter everywhere, staff overstretched and showing signs of exertion. We ordered an iced banana frappuccino and iced banana matcha which was VERY good, but extremely sweet! I would personally pay extra and avoid the chaos. Even the spot lights were horrendous…
