I’ve been coming here regularly for a long time now and I can honestly say I’ve never been disappointed. The food is always absolutely amazing—fresh, full of flavour, and consistently high quality every single time. What really makes this local place stand out though is the staff. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. You always feel looked after and appreciated as a customer. I was expecting juicy and not beyond medium burger, but it looks like not. It’s personal preference, really, to a not-chain-store. However, I was satisfied with chicken on fries. It got tortilla chips between chicken and fries, it got chips not affecting by fried chicken, I think it’s great.

Went there yesterday while driving through Shrewsbury and it was such an unexpected treat!! I hadn’t realised how hungry I was until I took a bite of the fries and burger!! The juicy burger was exceptional with its finely shredded lettuce and fries and had the most delicious seasoning, which were served so hot and straight out the frier. Normally, at other places, fries are served warm, these were piping hot… just how I love them.
