I recently visited this branch with my wife just to relax and have some refreshments, but unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. She ordered an “Indian chicken sandwich” which turned out to be pathetic – it was stuffed almost entirely with potato and only had a few strings of chicken just for namesake. For nearly £10 (along with one tea), the quality was not worth it at all. I’ve been to Chaiiwala before and normally never had such a bad experience, but this particular branch really let me down.
