Very disappointing experience. The menu clearly says that the meals include a drink. I ordered a non-alcoholic drink and paid for the meal with the included drink, but no drinks were brought. When I asked about it, the staff said the drink was “not included” because it wasn’t printed on the receipt. But customers don’t create receipts – staff do. If the menu says a drink is included, it should be honoured. Very poor customer service.

I’ve got such mixed feelings about this one! On the plus side, you really can’t beat the location since it’s right in the center and so easy to get to. The service was actually really good and the staff were totally on it, plus the whole place had a great, buzzing ambiance because it was so packed and busy. The food was a bit of a rollercoaster though. I will say the onion rings were awesome—seriously tasty! My main burger came out hot, which I appreciated, but I just didn't enjoy it because it was absolutely dripping in way too much melted cheese. The biggest issue for me was just how grubby

I was surprised by how nice it was here. Considering I visited on a Saturday, it was quite busy but found a table straight away. The noise level was acceptable and I felt able to relax. The food was well cooked with decent portion sizes (something you can't say about every ' spoons ) the wait for food and drinks was acceptable given how busy they were, and was served with a smile. A very good pub.

Usually I have no issues with the service or food. Today is another matter. Food service is extremely slow ( food ordering through the app only. I ordered 2 meals on the app followedby another meal, the 3rd meal arrived before the 1st 2 meals. The bar staff are doing their best to cope, offering free pizza as an apology for the slow service
