Very disappointed with my experience. My order was completely wrong. I ordered a breakfast sandwich but instead received a plain sausage sandwich with ketchup. It wasn’t even the correct item. My sister’s order was also made incorrectly. Her Sausage McMuffin arrived without the top half of the muffin, so it was literally just the bottom half with the sausage and egg. It’s hard to understand how something like that made it out of the kitchen. This wasn’t just one mistake, it was multiple errors in the same order, which suggests the food wasn’t being checked properly before it was handed out.

Went through the drive thru tonight around 0015 am. After being unsure of which window to go to a girl finally emerged through the door to the window. There was no apology for the wait. Ordered a cheeseburger and small fries. Both were cold the burger colder. Came to £3.08, I gave the staff member £4 she gave me 90 pence change. The principal is that the 2 pence was not offered back, had she ibdicated there was no change etc then i woukd have said keep the change. She seemed hurried to be honest like she was in a rush to serve me. During service there was no please or thank yous. She was more

Horrible for parking but with the location I guess it’s going to be hard to find lots of land. This parking is shared with the gym a few meters down so I bet in peak times it’s crazy busy Staff didn’t seem happy at all Standard food items and service.

I only like the breakfast muffins. I havent eaten a daytime meal for months maybe years as far as I remember. Theyre overpriced and unhealthy. I know there other options but even a chicken salad comes in a a tiny portion. Other restaurants offer larger portions and a varied salad, not just leaves. And the chips just dont taste the same and they were always soggy. The staff on the other hand, are great under pressure. And I've never had a bad experience with the staff.
