i ordered a paneer burrito and it was so oily, i don’t like wasting food but i could not eat this i could feel the oil in my chest after 2 bites. i went and told the employees but nothing was done really really disappointed will not be returning to this branch!! the other pepes are so much better than this branch. waste of money as i did not eat this! they don’t even give complimentary sauces like the other branches

The chef’s should go for training. The taste of the chicken and rice I bought was terrible. The chicken salad I bought had lots of water in it, like I bought soup. I buy from other branches but decided to try from this branch but ended up wasting my money. Whoever prepared that salad yesterday and food should not see the four walls of that kitchen until he or she is trained. Gosh!!! The fries was so cold. Total waste of money

I ordered 2 meals today, the quarter chicken piece was undercooked, it was chewy and rubbery texture. My fries were cold and the pitta bread too. I phoned in the shop and the lady who took my call did not listen to what I was saying, she basically implied that I was lying. She kept saying how they check the chicken and that it could not be possible for the chicken to be undercooked. She made a comment about she doesn’t know why I phoned and kept saying there is nothing wrong with the chicken.. she started raising her voice and was very rude to me. She also stated how they never had a complain

Food was average not clean place at all staff were too busy chatting waited over 35 mins for a order I made over the phone originally said 10 minutes on the phone went in store said 5 minutes ended up waiting over 25 mins in the shop won’t be using them again staff work station where they prepare the food was messy
