When my mom had an unexpected karate moment with her handbag, which resulted in black americano, no milk or sugar, all over the floor, the staff were amazing. It was mopped up effortlessly, they told us not to worry and a replacement was made in a jiffy. We go there every week and the service is always excellent.

Came in for breakfast at 8am on a Sunday and, even though the full menu wasn’t available yet (totally understandable), the place filled up within 30 minutes and there was almost a queue out the door. Big shoutout to Dion who was running FOH on her own she stayed calm, friendly and super efficient even with the sudden rush. The line kept moving and everyone was looked after with a smile.
