0 stars. I ordered a coffee when there were only two customers sat with their coffees. I sat down waiting for my coffee to be called as it was quiet. Then a line started forming, people are getting their coffees and I ask where mine is. I told them my order, they make the wrong matcha. I wanted warm. I’ve told them 4 times at this point. It goes quiet again and I never receive my matcha. Unacceptable behaviour from staff. Wasted over 30 minutes of my time. I didn’t even bother asking for a refund I just left. The fact that after I’ve told them numerous times and they still failed to deliver. I

I actually went in to order just a coffee as there was a queue for the drive through. The drive through went a lot faster as they had 2 members of staff at the window, but I only ONE chap on his own dealing with the cafe side and he did so well, but I was disappointed they didn't have two members of staff at the cafe part because the queue was very long and quite invasive of your own personal space which I found very odd putting. I only drink decaf currently and the drink I got was lovely.

It’s on my route for work and only Costa drive thru. Been visiting last 2 years or so. First year or so service was spot on and speed of getting through the drive through was excellent. Got to know drive thru staff and they were friendly and brilliant. Things have gone somewhat downhill in last 8-12 months particularly the last 4-5 months. The biggest issue is length of time to get through the drive through. If on limited time it’s not worth going as you may get stuck. I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue as at times seems to be one person only on drive through and one at front of house.

Convenient drive thru. Quick friendly service. Lovely festive cups. Hazelnut and Praline latte was nice but the bits in the latte were not very nice. A great place to grab food and drinks to go.
