I recently visited Starbucks to get the Pink Refresher drink for my little girl, who was dressed all in pink and absolutely thrilled to finally try it. She had been asking me for ages, so this was a special moment for her. To our surprise and delight, a wonderful gentleman from the staff, Ricky, went above and beyond by offering my little one a free drink! She had been saving up for her first Starbucks experience, and his kindness made it all the more memorable. I truly can’t thank him enough for his generosity and for making her day so magical. She hasn’t stopped talking about Ricky since!

Popped for my usual fix and met a lovely gentleman by the name Ricky. As a Starbucks enthusiast, Ricky was lovely and answered all my queries about new flavours. I just come back from a 5 week holiday and hadn’t had the chance to try the pistachio but Ricky was so kind about it and even waivers the fee in case I didn’t like the drink. Thank you Ricky. I can’t wait to come back and try the Lavender flavour. 💜🙏🏽💜

Stingy. Didn't give me a full drink as I only wanted 2 shots of coffee not 4 as she wasn't allowed to top up the milk?? Yeah because that's a brand that cant give another 100ml of milk. Got 75% of what I paid for. No other store has ever not given me a full drink. Don't do rewards either.

No Latte art, overfilled tea with hot water so no room for milk, hot milk for child was way too hot (and served in a takeaway cup?). 2/3 toilets out of order, remaining not very clear. Nowhere close to usual Starbucks standards.
