We had a family dinner here recently. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the atmosphere, but the service was a bit hit-and-miss. Our waitress was lovely and very attentive. However, we were a little surprised that the hosts at the front seemed disorganised; it took a while to be seated even though the restaurant was mostly empty. The children in our party loved their meals and kids colouring activities they offer.

ok but disappointing experience my main issue was with the servers attitude towards my allergies. it started with a small joke but then when i had a simple request for my pizza to not be finished with Gran Milano cheese (as started in the description) she made an under-the-breath comment clearly annoyed and stormed away without saying a word. she later came back and continued taking our order with no specification on whether it was okay or not. her overall bad attitude towards us kind of brought down the atmosphere :/ she then asked for a good review at the end for ‘Emilia’. apart from th

We brought a group of 14 for my niece's 18th birthday. I have to say the staff did a sterling job. We were one of two larger parties in that evening and plenty of other diners too. Despite being short staffed, they did a great job, they were all super friendly and we really enjoyed the food. My niece had a great time. Special thanks to Hen for keeping everything running!
