This was my first time here after being recommended by family and it didn’t disappoint. Both the curry dishes were completely tasteless, the paratha was the worst part. It tasted like it was cooked in sunflower oil, which was completely inedible for me. I can handle food without flavour, but something that's been cooked with the wrong ingredients? Not okay. Really disappointed with this Indian restaurant. As a South Asian, I know what to expect from Indian food, and that was just not it 😕.

After looking for an Indian restaurant for my Mum’s birthday we came across Anokhi restaurant and the reviews looked promising. Well we were not disappointed as the food was amazing. We had a selection of starters and mains and all were fresh, flavourful and well priced. All staff looked after us well and ensured we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Honestly cannot fault anything and will definitely be returning again.

This is hands down the best Indian restaurant I’ve ever been to. I never used to be a massive fan of Indian food but since coming to Anokhi that has massively changed and I’m in here all the time! The food is always amazing, the service is impeccable and they even remember my dietary requirements. Great value for money, would absolutely recommend. (The Aam Diya curry is fantastic!)
