Can’t believe how good these Tbone steaks really were!!! Alhamdulilah it was the beat takeout I have had in a while and that also in the car as we got here just before 12 so sadly had to eat it in the car with my 8 year old boy! Talking about the food, steaks were cooked exactly how we asked 🙌🏽 compliments to the chef. Still can’t get my head around how cheap it is though, it’s an absolute bargain, will definitely be coming back Over all very pleased and satisfied

Let’s start with the customer service which sadly was absolutely terrible, from the queuing system to the till operator there is just no organisation whatsoever. We queued for 20 minutes to get to the front for the guy to ignore us and take telephone orders and shout at the kitchen staff. ordered to be told 25 minutes ( 1 hour and 6 minutes it took for our food to be actually made ) The staff looked absolutely lost the till operator I assume is the owner/manager was shouting where’s this why haven’t you done this yet you’ve missed this I need this constantly. They were uber collection folk

: ⭐ 1/5 Stars Extremely disappointed with my order yesterday. The pizza had almost no flavour at all — it tasted bland and unseasoned. Worse still, the chicken wings were completely undercooked inside; they were raw and cold in the middle, clearly not heated through properly. This is not acceptable and feels like serving frozen food that hasn’t been prepared correctly. Food safety and quality are essential, and this standard is far too low. I would advise others to be careful ordering here, and hope the restaurant improves their cooking and quality checks soon.🤮🤮🤮🤮

I ordered takeout from Frangoz, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I got home and began to eat my chicken, I found it was raw and pink in the center. I could even see blood in it. This is not only unappetizing, but it’s also unsafe and could make someone seriously ill. I was really hoping for a nice meal, but this experience has left me concerned about the quality and safety of the food. I won't be ordering from here again this issue is addressed, not only for myself but the safety of others.
