Another McDonald’s breakfast and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast it arrived piping hot and it did its job perfectly. It’s McDonald’s so no Michelin star food but you know what you are getting and great for filling you up for the morning.

Train your staff better! Honestly it’s not rocket science to ensure the right items go into a bag. Every single order we placed was wrong, items switched to something else that we did not order and items missing- what’s the point? I won’t be using your delivery services again, and if I am ever in the restaurant I always double check what I am given- very poor customer service, pathetic really for a brand that claims effectiveness and convenience.

I’ve only been here once, on the way to a dentist appointment, and let’s be honest, most McDonald’s are pretty similar, so for me it comes down to service. Despite a long drive-thru queue, I was served pretty quickly. The young lady handing out the food was one of the most pleasant people I’ve come across in a McDonald’s. She was friendly and cheerful without being over the top, and her attitude genuinely made my day. The food itself was spot on. Unfortunately, as is often the case, my wife’s coffee was given without milk despite ordering a white coffee.

I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald's. I placed my order through the app expecting a quick and smooth collection. Previously, I had issues at the drive-thru where staff seemed confused about my order, so this time I chose to collect inside from the till. When I arrived, I saw my order number displayed, and within about two minutes it showed as ready for collection. However, no staff were actually handing out any food. I asked a member of staff, and she reassured me that it would be ready soon. Shortly after, my order number disappeared from the screen, but I was again told not to
