Food is always hot and flavours good. Have had a few experiences visiting mid-afternoon when components of the hot meals are not hot (e.g. gyoza) - but just swish the soup or curry over them and you're sorted. Do not recommend the egg - when that's cold it's grim. Also, the music can be a bit too loud at times when it's quieter! Otherwise the service is great. Everyone's friendly. They have helped me carry my tray before when too laden down with shopping. Always able to find a table, always clean, it's a good vibe.

At least I can laugh about this but jokes aside I need to leave this review 😭🤣🤣🤣 Do NOT go for catering or platters for parties or even go on store if the sushi is anything like this. I took advantage of a promo and the first box was decent. So we ordered again and got something totally different and were given all avocado maki’s as part of the platter. But when it turned up like, my mother was horrified. It all wasn’t assembled properly, some sushi were missing bits and fell to bits when you picked them up. The restaurant is deceptively spacious inside with modern decor. We visited Sunday lunchtime. There were plenty of seats and all the tables looked clean. Shortly after someone leaving, a member would clear and wipe the table. Nice. Ordering is self service via the large touch screens just like the other fast food restaurants. There is always someone around to help should you need it. Upon ordering, the food was available to collect from the counter quickly. You help yourself with cutlery and sauces. The food was very good, tasty, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, and the pot was filled well. The staff were super polite, friendly, and attentive throughout the visit. Overall, a great dining experience, and I would definitely recommend it!
