I'm afraid to report that the poor quality and taste of the tap water in Stafford really impacted my flat white as it had a strong and unpleasant metallic and heavy taste and after-taste coming from it, tingling while sipping it. The pain au Chocolat arrived cold therefore soggy, forget the flakiness. They serve a small selection of plates and the avocado on toast has to be "built" upon orderin. £16.6 for four items.

Jacket potatoes aren’t nice at all. Not sure if they’re always this poor but they had no butter that came with them, had to ask and i was given spreadable “butter” the cheese was tasteless and the potato was dry. I’ll give it to them for portion size but it would be nice if the food was nice. Took about 20 - 25 mins for it to arrive. Coffee is very nice though and it’s in a nice location and staff are polite but i would not have food again here.

Very poor experience today. There was a dog owner whose dog kept loudly barking, making it very stressful and disturbing. I talked to the manager who told me that nothing could be done; I left immediately afterwards. Part of the cafe experience should be a relaxing, welcoming ambience, not a horrid, hostile feeling. This is not the first bad exprience either. Three times previously, me and a friend have got there up to an hour before closing, but were told that the kitchen is closed. Everything is extremely expensive too and it's a bit of a tourist trap. What I'd recommend, if mobility isn't
