Apsalutly awful ordered before never this bad been going down hill ordered to night spent nearly £90 and this is wat it looked like hash browns were like mush chips were bad rice tasted as if it was sitting on a hot plate all day and the fish was like boot lever and the gravy if you can call it that I was holding it on its side . This was for my sisters 21st birthday they will NOT GIVE ME MY REFUND wish i could give it 0stars never ordering again. driver was lovely

Recently started to use for home delivery, all orders have arrived on time , piping hot and correct. Had the mixed meat kebab tonight and it was amazing, best iv had in Stafford better than timmys , alii, al karims. And at a good price . This place is doiing good quality large portions at affordable prices👍

Really gone downhill recently. Used to be my go to place for late night delivery, ordered here multiple times a month. Past few weeks has been abysmal, Sundaes melted on arrival and leaking, drinks missing from orders, food arriving with severe soggyness and missing order instructions for when we want things removed. Food quality is bad now and chicken seems to be getting worse from this place. Did it go under new management recently or something? Delivery drivers are worse, they just stand there instead of ringing the doorbell to let you know they are there, strange behaviour honestly.

Absolutely shocking experience. The pizza arrived cold, and despite paying for extra portions of chips, they weren’t included in the order. When we contacted them about it and asked for a refund, we were laughed at instead of being taken seriously. That level of disrespect is completely unacceptable. Won’t be ordering from here again.
