Has an on-site cafe serving a range of hot and cold food and beverages at good prices. Helpful staff and as well as self serve tills they had various manned tills operating as well

Popped in for some flowers after my wife's surgery and I was blown away by the quality and selection of flowers my local store in peterlee never have flowers that look this good. These flowers lasted Iver 3 weeks which is fantastic.

I do not recommend coming here if you actually want to get your shopping done. They’ve only ever got 2 tills open and the self checkouts are constantly full. Shopping is fine but actually trying to pay for it is like hell. They need to put people on the actual tills instead of leaving everyone to fend for themselves. They are so ridiculously short staffed it’s a joke. The shop is constantly busy so I don’t understand why they can’t actually hire people.
