I'll give anywhere 2 trys, and this is the 3rd because its so local!!! And the last one!! Phoned an order in, only for it to be still sat on the pending end when i arrived. Lasses serving didn't know how to be polite. Chips are barely cooked let alone "golden". Only ordered chips and sides, gravy packet mix, curry packet mix and mushy peas were like water and half full!! Asked for extra S&V, barely anything on!! If it wasnt for them being on an estate, I don't think they'd survive. Well below par for the 3rd time. Never again, sorry guys.

Personally from out of town but first time visit, the food was fantastic! The donner hoggie was so flavourful and well made. Kids loved there meals too been a while since they fully ate a meal from a chippy so money well spent. Just a little confused on the order process but that was because it wasn't what I was used too and the atmosphere was a little confusing but welcoming none the less 🙂

Ordered from Golden chip on multi occasions, I ordered a single fish with three bits of fish one bit was ok but the other two bits of fish were terrible they seemed to be laying around a bit too long. I understand I got three bits of fish but that was to compensate for the poor quality of two bits of fish to make up one. I also had chicken bits they were very tasty and a large bag of chips. Thanks.
