I visited Stourburger a few days ago with my sister and her family, and we had such a great experience! The customer service was excellent—friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout. The sauces were honestly a highlight, so tasty and full of flavour. What really made it special was how family-friendly it is—the kids were absolutely thrilled with the free ice cream, which was such a lovely touch. Overall, a fantastic place with great food, great service, and a warm atmosphere. We’ll definitely be coming back!

For the price they charge for a bacon burger, fries and can of pop (£18) the quality of the food was awful. The best part about it was the side of chips. They offered a free mac n cheese with the bacon burger. That was not mac n cheese. That was pasta swirls left to sit in watered down pasta sauce, no cheese at all and topped with cheap, stale crisps. The delivery was quick and the driver was friendly. The restaurant did call me to tell me one of the items I'd ordered was out of stock, however I then had to cancel the whole order and put it through again with my substitute. I was only charged

Today I went to Stourburger Restaurant for the second time for me and the fifth time for my children. The food is more than amazing. I ordered the double burger. The seasoning is perfect and the taste of fresh, high-quality meat is clear. Also, the fries with grilled chicken taste beyond imagination. As for the milkshakes, they are a taste to die for. The staff are very kind and helpful.the only problem is my kids don’t want to go anywhere

Where do I even start! Phoned for reassurance on the gluten free items and was immediately met with a man who had great knowledge of his ingredients and how cross contamination works. Placed an order, had it delivered. Such good food! Great quality, amazing flavours. The bbq bacon fries were to die for and those halloumi fries are just incredible. Thank you so much! Will definitely be back❤️
