I never leave reviews but I must say I love this place! The food, the staff, the owner and the lemonade are absolutely amazing. I have recommended this restaurant to many people and will continue to do so! A special shout out to the owner “he who shan’t be named” lol. My friend and I left with some chilli cheese pretzel crisps as a parting gift which I thought was so thoughtful. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough! I hosted a 50th birthday meal at ROOTS on 11.04.26 in the private garden room. It was a lovely evening and all 36 of our guests enjoy the food, atmosphere as well as good hospitality from the staffs including the waiter that was assigned to our party.

It’s really only in exceptional cases where I choose to leave a review - today’s visit to Roots is one of those times. Their service exceeded our expectations, I have a gluten allergy and they went the extra mile to ensure there was enough food for me to enjoy (no fomo whilst eating with the family! Rare feeling for anyone who is Celiac - if you know you know) and even got me gluten free pitta bread😭🤍 - the food was yum, the staff were friendly, welcoming, caring and the service was fab! I actually cannot recommend them enough.
