Absolutely loved this place! The portions were generous, the flavours were amazing, and every meal was delicious. Absolutely disgraceful service. I visited Royal Grill with my family to dine in. What followed was shocking and completely unacceptable. The restaurant clearly presents itself as a dine-in place. There are tables and chairs. Yet there were no cups and no cutlery provided. We had to help ourselves to cutlery, and I was initially given three dirty plates before they were changed. We ordered the big platter, which comes with a 1.5L bottle and an extra can. No one told us there were no cups. At no point were we advised that drinks would be an issue. The chicken strips were absolutely amazing — crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and packed with flavour. The portions were generous, the meals were great value for money, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Everything came out fresh and hot, making the whole experience even better. Definitely one of the best spots for chicken strips and burgers!

I always get a takeaway every second Saturday Night from Royal Grill in Sunbury delivered to work in Ashford. Apart from one incident where they forgot my drink, I've never really had any issues. The food is excellent well cooked taste great, and the delivery is always speedy. For me I like to get the gourmet burger and the peri chicken wings. Keep it up guys
