The food at this chippy was disappointing when I went. The chips were bland and a bit soggy, no real crisp to them. Gravy was thin and didn't have much flavour. Battered sausage was really nice. Battered burger was okay. The best part of our meal was the calzone. Decent sauce and flavours. Food also took over an hour to come during the day on a Saturday. So not a particularly busy time.

I'm not sure what's happened recently but the place has gone completely down hill. The foods not the same and items have been getting missed eveytime there been delivered and when you spend the amount you do on the garlic here the least you expect is to get it

Ordered from just eat and was ready to pick up quick, their deals are pretty good value compared to most places and food was great, fish was nice and crispy, cod busted, battered sausage, spam fritter etc all really nice probably best we've had in a while and will definitely order here again.

Lovely the food from here me and my girlfriend got 2 kebab meats and chips and the chips were lovely and nice and fluffy , proper chip shop chips ( NOT OVEN CHIPS) like a lot of other takeaways palm you off with now . The Donner kabab meat was lovely and had a nice rich taste and some lovely flavour and generously size portioned and the whole meal was really reasonably priced and excellent value for money .It’s hard to come by traditional takeaways that supply proper traditional chips so this place is definitely worth baring in mind.
