The venue is incredibly lively, great atmosphere the only thing that let it down to for me was to the fact that the accessible toilet wasn't accessible as it was filled with tables. This then made it difficult as my wheelchair was not able to be utilised in the standard toilet. This one thing made it a comfortable experience. Hopefully it was a one off.

Won’t be going back. Went for a children’s animal event. All booking tickets and confirmation clearly states 1pm (see photos below). Arrived at 12:45pm. Gentleman on the door, who I think was the manager, was very abrupt and not very friendly at all. Wasn’t happy that I hadn’t paid a ticket for my 4 month old! Not enough chairs, tables and chairs at too many people. By 1:20pm everyone was fed up, I went to ask the manager what time it will be starting and he was very rude and said it clearly said doors open at 1pm and show started at 2pm. First of all let me point out that any photos of food are now outdated and the photos I have provided are all that is available. This is a good venue for live entertainment and not for a meal out. No crockery or cutlery. We did enjoy our meals and I must point out how hot and spicy it is. The steak strips were very tender. It was a busy night and the bar was way understaffed, each visit to the bar was at least 20 minutes wait. The ladies toilets were very poor with one of the cubicles covered in vomit and remained that way until the end. So clearly no inspections were carried out. At least on

The Beatles tribute band. Excellent music. Nice atmosphere. We got there early to get a seat. It filled up quite quickly. Pretty lights. Cosy atmosphere. Great bar staff
