Terrible service, ordered food at 1930 and it turned up at 2130. Food bags with reciepts time stamped at 1959 and 2019 food sat there for over an hour. Have no idea how it took so long its not like they can't find a delivery driver. There are more delivery drivers in sutton than people. Mc Donald's sort your self out.

Been good for years and recently started overfilling drinks for delivery. Come on guys this job is difficult enough ,why should it be made even more difficult? The cups of soft drinks have lines on them for a reason. If the machine overfills the drink, do what the more experienced staff do and tip some out 🤦 I realise the consequences for you are non-existent, but people delivering these drinks are subject to regular verbal abuse from customers and one of my colleagues, I believe ,is having to escalate to a police report today. Food was fine however I asked for ketchup with my drive through order… got to the second window “your ketchup is also in the bag”. There was no ketchup in the bag. I know you don’t need GCSEs to work here but come on guys….
