Externally, Andy's Fish Bar is well-designed, with large, colourful signage. Inside, it is clean and tidy, with dining to one side and seating for those waiting for takeaway at the other, next to a large aquarium housing some interesting fish species. The staff were warm, friendly and polite, and the service was excellent. Free wooden forks and napkins were provided in a small paper bag —a nice touch. All packaging was paper and cardboard. Just ordered from here for all of my food cold as someone decided it was smart to put cold drinks on top of hot food!!! Half of my food was missing! My sons kids meal was advertised with a toy we recieved sausage and chips shoved in a bag no toy! Kebab for £14 with the tinest bit of meat!!! Will i ever order from here again??? Not ever even if i was absolutely starving!!! Absolute joke shouldnt serve people shit!!!

Bought haddock, was crushed when being wrapped with the chips. Bought sausage and chips, sausage was wrapped separate oddly enough and the fish wasn’t? Tried to buy a scollop but there was none, never known a chippy to not have scollops in stock at dinner time. The portion of chips with both was an absolute joke. Regular chips size was like a handful of chips if that. Used to be our go to chippy in the area but will now be avoiding due to portion size reduction and handling of the food. New to the area, tried this place first as there's a few chippys near. I honestly won't go anywhere else this place is tip top. The best chips I've eaten for a long time! Lovely clean place and space to eat inside. Great competitive prices. Can't say a bad word
