I recently tried a Chicken Tikka sandwich from Subway for the very first time, and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was a bit unsure about the menu since I’d never ordered before, but Tom, Christina, and Josh were absolute legends. They guided me through everything with so much kindness, patience, and respect. Came in when it was very quiet. Was instantly greeted with attitude and staff on their phones. When ordering the blonde female wearing glasses was very rude had a go at me for asking to add a side on then told the male member of staff working and laughed. At this moment there was no one else ordering. I can see from previous reviews this is a common occurrence with this lady.

I came in today and I was greeted by a lovely lady which took her time to talk to me and help I am really grateful for that we need more ladies like this in all food establishments around Swansea. I wish I could remember her name she was the lady working today which was wearing the baseball cap thank you

Chicken Tikka and Rainbow Cookies, I ordered. The food is amazing since I cannot get this type of menu in my country. But, the place is a bit shady to me.
