Food is OK, and staff are great and hard working, but the overall experience is rubbish. There are very long wait times even when there are only 2 - 3 people in the queue or the whole restaurant. This is because the place serves deliveroo and justeat drivers and other delivery drivers, so they are in your queue too. They turn up and plonk their big courier bags on the counter where customers go to pick up their orders, some of which are eat-in orders and then the drivers are leaning over those trays, chatting, and are in the way. The pick up drivers also put their bikes and electric motorbikes

Today we visited the town centre McDonald's for a bite to eat and were presented by the very friendly manager called (John) he was very polite and on the ball. Helping not just us but everyone ordering. Working at a very fast pace. And even rushing around taking cash orders aswell as everything else needed. Alot more than the general staff member. They all do a great job and are very helpful when needed. But this is the first time I've witnessed any manager with a constant burst of energy and a warm welcoming smile... Very happy with our service and il be looking forward to the next visit.

Today I came to Swindon for a day out, so for lunch I went to McDonald's. I ordered a Mc Plant, Medium chips, green apple sprite and an oreo Mc flurry. I waited absolutely ages for the food to be prepared, but at least my chip and my McDonald's plant was warm. I also think they should have better cleaners as the floors had litter in some places.

What a great experience I had this morning while grabbing a coffee . As soon as I walked in I could hear this vibrant , happy personality coming from John . He is absolutely amazing with the customers and staff . He had a real ' spring in his step ' vibe . Polite , bubbly and and enthusiastic. Every McDonald's needs a John . Keep up the good work buddy 👍
