Costa Coffee

“Super service, good location and quality coffee and food”

We’ve never tried this Costa before, but Costa is the coffee shop of choice for us. The Syston shop is clean and pleasant, but the view from the window is pretty bleak. The food and service are on par with all other stores, so no complaints there. The prices are also comparable, but everything these days is getting more expensive. 2 drinks (one medium, one small) and two banana chocolate muffins doesn’t give you change from £15.

We visited early after dropping off my granddaughter to breakfast club and met a fantastic gentleman who served us. He helped me with my phone by getting the Costa app in my wallet so I was able to find it quickly. As we were his only customers at the time we chatted about mobile phones and he gave some really great advice. Our time spent as visiting newbie's in Costa won't be our last. Thank you to the young welcoming gentlemen who had time to chat.

Whenever I go in there the staff are always lovely and polite, especially the young lad with curly hair and tattoos (sorry don't know his name). The shop also seems lovely and spacious for a little town like syston. It's nice to just chill in for a few minutes whilst shopping.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ David was absolutely amazing! His customer service was brilliant from start to finish. He took the time to explain how they make the coffee, and he did it all with a warm, friendly smile. It’s rare to meet someone so genuine and passionate about what they do. Five stars for David — he truly made my experience great!
