A Hidden Gem in Tamworth! Had a fantastic visit to Cosy Coffee recently and couldn't have been more impressed. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere that truly lives up to its name. The café has a wonderfully cosy ambience, with comfortable seating both indoors and outdoors, making it the perfect spot to relax, catch up with friends, or simply enjoy some quality time with a great cup of coffee. What a lovely Cafe, brilliant decor, nice affordable menu, we had 2 flat white regular coffee, absolutely gorgeous. Sausage sandwich & I had toasted tea cake, quick service and very tasty. Definitely going again.

I visited the coffee shop and noticed that a staff member appeared to be continually chewing gum while working. I appreciate this may seem minor, but from a customer’s point of view it did not give the most professional impression. That said, the peanut butter and banana milkshake was delicious. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I feel presentation and standards are important in a customer-facing café environment.
