Turmeric Kitchen 65 🍛✨ Fantastic Sunday buffet — perfect for families and trying something new! We visited on a Sunday to try their buffet, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. This was our first visit since the restaurant has expanded, and the difference is huge. What used to be a smaller space is now a large, modern, stylish and very welcoming restaurant. The washrooms were also modern and exceptionally clean. The décor, seating and background music all create a relaxed atmosphere that works really well whether you’re visiting as a couple, a family or a group 👨‍👩‍👧‍

We visited Turmeric Kitchen as a large group, to celebrate a big birthday. The food came out piping hot (hats off to the chef managing two dozen dishes at once), beautifully presented and tasting incredible. Great service (attentive without hovering), some of our colleagues received recommendations for the dishes to try which overall ticked everyone's boxes.

Today I chose things I’ve never had before : see highlighted items on the menu pics. I was pleasantly surprised and intrigued! A wonderful team of staff gave a brilliant description of the menu items and were extremely friendly and patient. The place is absolutely immaculate! The wall is packed with awards and you can see why it’s top on Tripadvisor for Taunton. Many thanks for the candied fennel seeds too at the end! Superb!

We had a lovely meal here. The food was excellent, but the best thing was the team working here. They are really sweet and they explain all the dishes and we were really well looked after by the waiting staff. You can tell that the boss is kind and thoughtful. He was training a new junior team member and allowing her to take responsibility and then quietly guiding her through the process. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Will definitely go back.
