I had such a lovely experience at PizzaExpress Telford, thanks to Ramona. From the moment I walked in she was super smiley, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. I was dining on my own and expected to be placed anywhere, but she actually asked where I’d like to sit, which was such a thoughtful touch; I chose a cosy booth in the corner and felt completely comfortable. I was a bit stressed as I had an appointment afterwards, but Ramona was amazing and made sure I was served quickly without making me feel rushed at all. She gave great menu recommendations (which I followed; no regrets whatsoever!)

We visited a couple of weeks ago for our twins' birthday. We had a fabulous time and Ramona, our waitress, was amazing. So attentive with the boys, very helpful and been let them watch her make the desserts. She was given hugs at the end they had such a lovely time. Thank you! Food was tasty and I am a coeliac but there was a great choice and all food clearly labelled which was great.

We visited the Telford branch on the first day of the Easter holidays and were very well-looked after by Jordan. She was accommodating with my children (replacing a broken lolly, for example!) and was able to answer any questions we had about the menu. A lovely lunch time experience!
