This is a franchise store by cineworld so they don’t accept the app for payment or collecting of points unfortunately. The store is clean and has plenty of comfortable seating. The staff were friendly and happy

Came in on the 26th and was served by a lovely woman who was wearing a red bandanna and glasses(didn’t get her name) but She was really patient and very helpful whilst I was ordering , making sure we got everything we wanted and asked for. Iced Coffees were beautiful and served extremely quickly. All in all a great experience and will definitely be back

The staff, we’re very friendly and efficient. Me and my husband do visit very often for a coffee while going to the cinema. The only complaint I have is that the soft sofas and chairs are extremely stained and dirty and the tables aren’t wiped down when people leave, it would be a very nice pleasant place to sit while waiting for the cinema but do feel the chairs, sofas and table need a good clean.

Plenty of seating available, great for sitting and chatting before watching a film. Nice little bonus of discount with the Cineworld unlimited card for those that are within cinema buildings. Staff are polite and friendly, especially when open late for the midnight releases and double bills at the cinema.
