Bought a made to measure summerhouse from Tom's, very happy with it. The reason for only 2 stars is that the installer damaged my gate post with his truck and Tom's have blanked me. Phone call, several emails, nothing in regard of compensation and now no communication at all. Very disappointing. Had to fix the damage myself.

My first ever visit, from Braintree. What a wonderful surprise was awaiting me. The tea shop is large with both indoor and outdoor seating. Most of the outdoor areas are covered. I selected the sausage cheese and red chutney sandwich, which is accompanied by a salad and dressing and crisp. I also had a Berry smoothy. Fantastic quality sandwich, and I certainly have no complaints. It was so nice to be served a salad with a dressing, so many restaurants and tea rooms just dont bother? Out for a ride found this place...scrumptious thick red onion sausage roll... Plus a café barn out the back.... Came back later form some wooden battens for my pergola project... kitchen chopping board from the local estate and Christmas bits...
