Me and some friends went in on Thursday night and we was greeted with the most friendly server. Zac was amazing and very helpful even though we was having a problem with our card and getting upset Zac wss very calm and reassured us that we was absolutely fine and had a good laugh with us thank you Zac for being so kind to us your amazing and so polite. he was busy trying to clean at the same time but made time to talk to us. Zac you made our night and the food was so lovely your the best sever we have ever had. Keep smiling and being you ☺️

Went in today, never seen a subway like it in my life. Zac was on his own, did brilliant bless him but why was he left on his own?? Hygiene levels had dropped significantly due to a lack of cleaning, including cross contamination. Cookie cabinet looks like it’s not been cleaned in weeks, just these few images I got speak volumes. Poor management! 25 minutes for 3 sandwiches 🤯

A teenager served me I ordered click and collect he was fully focused even with young boys running around making it their mission to distract him He was very professional and soo polite and honestly weirdly made the best tuna sandwich I've ever eaten My mum also got a sub and she loved it too - no clue who he was but give him a payrise for working on V day!!
