Customer service is non existent rude rude lady this morning I made a honest mistake whilst ordering a breakfast sub, presuming you have to select a sauce like you do on regular subs, she cakes the sub in ketchup and so I politely said I really don’t like sauce and won’t be able to eat that she then started arguing with me and slamming the old one in the bin and throwing a paddy! I will not be returning if you were able to order by having face to face conversation and not a silly little screen this issue would not arise.

Was just reminded why I haven't been to Subway In Totton in ages! Ordered a Philly Steak footlong, with other items, and I paid extra for double meat and double cheese. Sat down, took one bite and realised there was no cheese. The manager had arrived since I sat so I went to ask for the cheese. He rolled my footlong open in his hands and then said, "There is cheese there." "Where!?", I said! He pointed at a couple onions and said, "Right there." On two occasions for me personally, and many for others too have had a terrible time in our local subway store since the manager went are assuming has been there, he told me he spoke 7 different languages but refused to make a sandwich off the menu with extra meat(BLT+pepperoni) he used foul language in front of others children for two families to leave the store! one parent approached the dark haired delusional boy working there to warn him of his language before leaving, since many people have said they feel bad for the staff as they look mysrible and there is zero atmosphere if anything not

Bloody awful!! Food has gone downhill, service... nope.. no service to really speak of!.. di I mention the food was crap!.. if not.. the food was very bad! 8m gonna guess its not just this branch either!!...
